We currently ship to the following regions:
- Japan
- North America (United States, Canada, Mexico)
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, and more)
We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage.
📦 Processing & Delivery Times
All Indi Tape products are made on demand to minimize waste and promote sustainability. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery times by region:
- 🇯🇵 Japan: 4-9 business days
- 🇺🇸 North America: 9-17 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 8-15 business days
Note: These are estimated shipping times and may vary slightly due to seasonal demand, customs processing, or unforeseen delays.
🚚 Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping based on the region:
- Japan: ¥800 (Free for orders over ¥9,000)
- North America: $6 USD (Free for orders over $60)
- Europe: €5 EUR (Free for orders over €55)
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our apparel. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.
📌 Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- ✅ The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- ✅ The product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- ✅ The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse. Please check our size guide before placing an order.
